Starting a new activity at this age can feel overwhelming for both kids and parents.
Many Parents Wonder:
“Will my child participate, freeze up, or disrupt the class?”
“Are they too young for structured classes?”
“Will they feel safe and supported?”
“Will this help with attention, listening, or social skills?”
You’re not alone — these worries are totally normal.
That’s why our Little Ninjas program is designed specifically to meet young children where they’re at.
At Little Ninjas, your child will develop:
Confidence — through achievable skills and positive reinforcement
Self-regulation — learning to listen, follow cues, and take turns
Coordination & balance — fun movement patterns and karate basics
Group participation skills — interacting with other children
A love of movement — setting the foundation for healthy habits
